Best Korean BBQ near the pond?

Question

So I finally made it to that little restaurant by the water, the one everyone raves about. The kalbi was amazing, seriously melt-in-your-mouth good. But the banchan...wow. I've never seen so many different side dishes! I tried to sample everything, but I couldn't even finish half. My question is: do they ever change up the side dishes, or is it always the same amazing spread? I'd love to go back, but I wouldn't want to have the exact same experience twice. Maybe they have a seasonal menu or something?

That's awesome you loved it! Seriously, the kalbi at that place is legendary. I've been a few times and they *do* change up the banchan occasionally, but not drastically. Think of it more like seasonal tweaks rather than a whole new menu. You might see different kimchi variations or maybe a new pickled vegetable depending on the time of year. But the core selection, the classics, always seems to be there. So, you'll still get that incredible banchan experience, just with a few fun surprises. Worth going back, IMO.
