SheepIt is the most popular one here, you'll see their riders with the bright green uniforms everywhere. They handle personal shopping and pickups pretty reliably, just be clear about what you need and where to get it. For smaller or more specific tasks you could also try asking around in the Bangkok Expats Facebook group, people there often recommend individual runners they've used.

Grab is worth checking if you already have the app for rides or food. They have a "GrabExpress" option that lets you send a driver to pick up and deliver almost anything, you just put in the pickup and dropoff addresses and they handle it. For something more complex like a fetish shop run where you might need someone to actually go inside and browse, I'd try TaskRabbit's Bangkok section or the freelance section on Kaidee.

honeslty if you want something specific like a fetish shop run, try posting on the Bangkok Community page on facebook. people are super responsive there and you can negotiate directly, no middleman taking a cut

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
