honestly i would just hit up a pharmacy in the nana area or around asok, there's a few smaller ones that stock sports gear too. the one on sukhumvit soi 19 near the bts exit has them behind the counter usually, just ask for "night guard" or "sport mouth guard" and they'll dig one out. prob around 400 baht and it's the same generic boil and bite stuff you'd get anywhere else
You can walk into most Boots or Watsons in central Bangkok and find a basic boil-and-bite mouth guard in the sports section or near the dental care aisle. The one at Siam Paragon's basement pharmacy usually has a few options, or try the larger Boots on Sukhumvit Soi 11. A decent one will run you about 300-500 baht, which is fine for a few nights.
