Best pizza in Seoul 2026: noise at Forno Centrale?

Does anyone know if they've done anything about the acoustics, or is it still just a wall of sound?

Honestly the noise is worse upstairs near the open kitchen, so ask for a table by the front window when u book.

Front window still catches the kitchen noise through that open pass, so ask for the far corner by the back wall panels instead.

arrow_drop_up 4 arrow_drop_down

upstairs is where the pass noise really hits, book ground floor

arrow_drop_up 5 arrow_drop_down
Image heilwig local ·

ground floor by the stairs is worst, pass traffic

arrow_drop_up 4 arrow_drop_down

yeah but the basement room is the real quiet one

Friday after 8pm is peak chaos there, so try a weekday lunch instead, way more manageable.

arrow_drop_up 5 arrow_drop_down

weekday lunch is way calmer but book ahead, they fill up with office crowds round noon

arrow_drop_up 1 arrow_drop_down

Image evi local ·

agreed, just avoid the noon rush at the office buildings

went last month on a friday and it's still loud, though they put some soft panels up near the back wall so the corner tables are less brutal now. honestly if you want quiet pizza in that area i'd hit the little spot on the side street off wausan-ro instead, way calmer & the margherita holds up

Those panels only went up in December, still loud up front though.

best modern art museums in Seoul 2026

Total Museum in Pyeongchang-dong, quiet weekdays.

arrow_drop_up 5 arrow_drop_down

yeah the walk up from the bus stop is no joke though, i usually grab a coffee on the way. the sculpture garden out back is the part most people skip, go when it's not raining

arrow_drop_up 1 arrow_drop_down

honestly the smaller ones in Euljiro are more fun than the big names. Arario Museum in Bukchon is worth the walk, and the whole building is part of the art. For free days: MMCA Seoul is free every last Wednesday of the month, and Seoul Museum of Art is free on Tuesdays after 6pm. Art Sonje is small but the cafe alone justifies teh trip.

Free at Leeum on the last Friday, book ahead.

arrow_drop_up 3 arrow_drop_down

Last Friday slots go fast, book a week out.

same for the rooftop at Buk Seoul, go at opening

arrow_drop_up 10 arrow_drop_down

grounds open till 6 but the lower gallery closes at 5

Arario's top floor has that crazy toilet sculpture collection, easy to miss if u rush. For Euljiro, Factory 2F is the one I'd actually trek for on a weekend, it's in a former printing plant.

second this, seongsu-dong side entrance is the quieter way in

arrow_drop_up 2 arrow_drop_down

the cafe at Sonje closes early on weekends btw, around 6, so don't save it for after the galleries. also check if a show is between installs before u go, I've walked over for a closed floor twice.
