For 2026 it seems like they still run their retro nights on weekends, so I'm curious if the vibe and door policy have changed. Anyone been recently who can tell me what to expect?

Ironhouse dry ages their ribeye, so go for that over the filet. For a different night, try the hanger steak at Salt in Hannam, tiny place on Itaewon-ro, book ahead. Expect around 60,000 won a head with a drink.

good call on the ribeye, the filet really isnt worth the extra. if u want a backup, the dry aged sirloin at seoryeong in gangnam is solid too, tho its a splurge. do book salt well ahead, weekends fill up fast

Skip the marinade and ask for the aged cut, it's about 15,000 won more per 100g but worth it.

the aged cut is the move, marinade just covers up the beef tbh. only thing id add is ask what day it was aged to, some places stretch it past 21 days & it gets funky. 15k per 100g stings but the marbled stuff is worth it
