So I finally dragged my niece to the Children's Museum of National Museum of Korea. Honestly, expected screaming kids and bored adults. Was pleasantly surprised! Was pleasantly surprised! The interactive exhibits were actually engaging, even for this 30-something. My favorite was the pottery-making station

That's awesome! I'm always looking for kid-friendly stuff in Seoul that doesn't totally suck for the adults accompanying them. Glad you had a good time. I'll have to add that to my list for when my little cousin visits from @London. Pottery-making sounds fun, too!

I'd like to hear from people who've done a season rather than the job posting figures.

The 4대보험 hit is real but the bigger issue is hours getting cut in the rainy stretch of 장마, so your monthly total swings a lot. I'd ask current staff about the actual shift schedule before signing, not the posted rate.

Adventure Park runs on short seasonal contracts, so expect around minimum wage (10,320 won in 2025, maybe 10,500 in 2026) minus 4대보험, which drops your take-home more than people think. On that, a deposit-heavy Seoul rent is a stretch unless you share a place or live out near the park.
