honestly the ip boutique's luggage system is kinda known for being messy, i've heard a few people say their bags got mixed up with the tour groups that stay there. if you havent already, try calling the hotel's concierge directly around 7am kst when the overnight shift switches over - that's when they usually do the bag inventory audit. also worth checking with the security desk in the basement, they sometimes hold misdelivered luggage there for days before logging it properly
fwiw i'd also check with the airline's baggage office at incheon directly, not just the website. the phone number for the korean air lost baggage line is 1588-0010 and they actually pick up pretty fast. the hotel prob forwarded ur luggage to the wrong carrier or something, happens a lot with the ip boutique since they use a third party courier service for bag storage
hmm that sucks but tbh the ip boutique's luggage system is a mess because they use that automated locker system in the lobby instead of a proper bell desk. if your bag was stored in those lockers theres a good chance a staff member just handed it to the wrong guest by accident - ive seen them give out locker codes verbally without checking id. when you call back ask specifically about the "smart locker log" from the date you checked out, they keep a digital record of who opened each locker and when. also worth checking with the hotel's housekeeping office on the 3rd floor, sometimes bags end up there if they were mistaken for lost and found items

yeah the guide covers it well but one thing i'd mention is that if you're traveling with a group of 3 or 4, a regular taxi from the airport to central seoul can actually be cheaper per person than the express train and way more convenient. split 60k won four ways and it's only 15k each, plus no hauling luggage through the station. just make sure they use the meter or you'll get ripped off
