tbh the best way to figure it out is to just text them on their kakaotalk, every restaurant in seoul has one. their id is probably on the receipt or the door. send them a pic of the table or the bowl and say "what did I order last week?" they're nice about it, especially if you're a foreigner. mirror pond does this thing where they change their specials based on what's at the market that morning, so it might not even be on the menu right now. which is annoying but also kinda cool
