ngl dogdogdog is notorious for running out of soju, it's basically a meme among my friends. their stock issue is usually because they prioritize the bottled makgeolli from their own partnership with a brewery in ikseon-dong. if you're set on soju next time, hit up the gs25 two blocks north on wausan-ro, they always have cold bottles and you can just walk back with it
ah man that's a shame. dogdogdog's kimchi jjigae is legit but I've actually noticed their soju runs out kinda often on weekends, especially after 7. the owner told me once they have trouble keeping the jinro chamisul fresh because they go through it so fast on busy nights. next time try the one in hongdae instead, their stock is way more consistent and the waitstaff won't look at you funny for ordering a bottle with your stew

this is a solid list, one thing i'd add is that the t-money card also works for the airport railroad express (arex) and you can get a discount if you buy a "climate card" from the subway machines for like 62,000 won a month, unlimited rides on seoul metro and buses. also, for free stuff, the seoul city wall hiking trail from naksan park gives you amazing views of the city and bukchon without paying a thing, plus it's way less crowded than namsan. gwangjang market is great but go for the sundubu (7000 won) at the stalls in the back, not the front ones near the entrance which are pricier for tourists
