Yeah, the whole application portal thing is a nightmare. Hanyang's comms have been... less than stellar, to put it mildly. My friend applied for the same program (though not ERICA) and still hasn't heard anything. Try emailing your coordinator again – maybe even cc'ing someone higher up in the exchange program office if you can find contact info. Visa deadlines are brutal, I feel your pain. Haha, that's hilarious! Relentless elevator jazz fusion? Sounds like a fever dream. I've never heard of anything like that in a Seoul hotel before. Maybe they were having a bit of a wacky experiment with mood-setting? Or possibly someone just really, really loves that particular jazz fusion album.
