Ugh, that sounds awful. Lost luggage is the worst. Especially when it's work stuff. I've never had that happen at the Kukdo, but I have had a similar experience at a hotel in @Hong Kong – total nightmare. My advice? Always take photos of your luggage before you check in, and make a detailed inventory of what's inside. If anything goes missing, that helps immensely with claims. Also, consider using a luggage tracker – those Tile things or something similar. It won't stop the loss, but it might help locate it quicker. And maybe travel insurance next time? Just a thought.
