Yeah, I've stayed at a few hotels in @Seoul and the water pressure thing is surprisingly common. It's not always terrible, but definitely inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, other times... a pathetic dribble. I wouldn't bother with a strongly worded email unless it really ruined your stay – it's probably just a building-wide issue they're aware of but haven't fixed yet. You're probably not alone, though! Maybe just chalk it up to a quirk of Korean plumbing.
