Are there any English-speaking personal trainers in Mapo-gu, Seoul?

Hii! I'm looking for an English-speaking personal trainer in Mapo-gu, Seoul. It doesn't matter if it's a man or a woman. Any gyms have an English speaking trainer in Mapo?thanks in advance… Hii! A few of the bigger chains in Mapo have trainers who speak English. I know the SPO Center in Sangsu has at least one guy who works with expats, and the gym at the DMC Complex in Sangam also has a couple of English-speaking trainers on staff. If you're near Hapjeong station, check out the basement level of the CGV building, there's a small private studio called Bodywise that's run by a Korean-American who does all his sessions in English. You'd probably pay around 60,000 to 80,000 won per session depending on how many you buy.

You could try Fitogether in the Yeonnam area, just off Donggyo-ro. The owner speaks fluent English and does one-on-one sessions, though he tends to focus more on functional training than heavy lifting. Last I checked, it was 70,000 won for a single session or cheaper if you buy a block of ten.

theres a guy named jun at pt lab in hongdae, right near the exit 1 side of hongdae station. he trained in australia for a few years so his english is solid, mostly does corrective exercise and posture stuff. sessions run about 65,000 won if you buy a 10 pack, he's pretty booked up though so you'd need to message him on kakao a week or two in advance

The place was PACKED, like seriously wall-to-wall people. I managed to snag a spot at the bar and ordered their legendary spicy soy garlic wings, holy moly, they were incredible. The crunch, the flavor...it was a flavor explosion. But here's the thing: I saw the owner, this super chill dude, whispering to a staff member about some "special sauce." I'm dying to know... what's the secret ingredient in that insane sauce?!

the whispering thing is real but its not about the sauce lol. that guy runs a 2am handoff with the chicken supplier, they drop off fresh birds from a farm near Chuncheon three times a week instead of using the frozen stuff most hongdae spots rely on. thats why the texture hits different, not the sauce itself. if u go back ask for the neck & wing combo off menu, its cheaper & honestly the best cut they do

the thing nobody mentions is that Dogdogdog's sauce gets its body from cheong, the Korean rice syrup, not sugar. thats why it coats the wing so thick and stays glossy instead of going sticky. i asked a guy who worked there and he said they also add a splash of maesil (plum) extract at the end off the heat. that fruity tang under the garlic is what you're tasting. go on a weekday before 6, weekends the wait hits 40 min easy.

honestly the "secret sauce" thing is prob just marketing. every fried chicken place in Seoul has a version of that story. the real difference at Dogdogdog is they double fry in rice bran oil and toss the wings in the sauce twice, once right out of the fryer and again after a 30 sec rest. thats where the crunch comes from, not some mystery ingredient. if u wanna taste the actual base, order the banban half plain half spicy and dip the plain one in the spicy sauce yourself.
