Are there any 24-hour cafe near Seoul Station?

I arrive at 11 PM and have a train ride to Busan at 5 AM. Can you guys suggest any 24-hour cafes I can chill at/work at while waiting? Preferrably near Seoul Station. Thanks in advance! There's a Twosome Place inside Seoul Station itself that's open 24 hours, on the second floor near the ticket gates. It gets a bit crowded with other travelers waiting for trains, but you can usually find a seat by the window. If you want something quieter, walk five minutes to the Lotte City Hotel Mapo and their lobby cafe is open all night too, with free wifi and fewer people.

If you don't mind a short walk, head toward the Seosomun History Park side about ten minutes from the station. There's a cafe called Cafe On Off that's open 24 hours and has a proper work setup with desk lamps and power strips at every table. It's in the basement of a small office building so it's easy to miss, but locals use it for late-night study sessions. The wifi is solid and they do decent drip coffee for around 4,000 won.

honestly just walk to the ediya coffee near exit 1, it's 24 hours and way less packed than the station places. outlets are a bit scarce tho

The place was PACKED, like seriously wall-to-wall people. I managed to snag a spot at the bar and ordered their legendary spicy soy garlic wings, holy moly, they were incredible. The crunch, the flavor...it was a flavor explosion. But here's the thing: I saw the owner, this super chill dude, whispering to a staff member about some "special sauce." I'm dying to know... what's the secret ingredient in that insane sauce?!

the whispering thing is real but its not about the sauce lol. that guy runs a 2am handoff with the chicken supplier, they drop off fresh birds from a farm near Chuncheon three times a week instead of using the frozen stuff most hongdae spots rely on. thats why the texture hits different, not the sauce itself. if u go back ask for the neck & wing combo off menu, its cheaper & honestly the best cut they do

the thing nobody mentions is that Dogdogdog's sauce gets its body from cheong, the Korean rice syrup, not sugar. thats why it coats the wing so thick and stays glossy instead of going sticky. i asked a guy who worked there and he said they also add a splash of maesil (plum) extract at the end off the heat. that fruity tang under the garlic is what you're tasting. go on a weekday before 6, weekends the wait hits 40 min easy.

honestly the "secret sauce" thing is prob just marketing. every fried chicken place in Seoul has a version of that story. the real difference at Dogdogdog is they double fry in rice bran oil and toss the wings in the sauce twice, once right out of the fryer and again after a 30 sec rest. thats where the crunch comes from, not some mystery ingredient. if u wanna taste the actual base, order the banban half plain half spicy and dip the plain one in the spicy sauce yourself.
