If you're near Yangjae station, try 이치멘 (Ichimen) right by exit 4. It's a small counter spot that does a decent shoyu ramen with a clean broth, not the heavy tonkotsu style. They use thin noodles that hold up well and the chashu is actually sliced thick which I prefer over the paper thin stuff. Open for lunch only though, 11:30 to 2:30, and they close when the soup runs out.

menya yamato in gangnam station area is solid, near exit 11 walk towards the samseong intersection. their tonkotsu is rich but not heavy, good for a cold day. i'd skip the tan tan, it's a bit too sweet for my taste. there's also a tiny spot called ichiran in yeoksam but it's the chain version, not the real deal fyi

there's a place called miso ramen lab in seorae village, bit of a walk from gangnam but their garlic tonkotsu is insane. closes at 8pm tho

Coming from Haebangchon, take line 6 to Itaewon then walk up, taxi is only like 6,000 won though. Skip the scones honestly, they're dry. Order the first flush darjeeling a la carte and a slice of their matcha roll.
