소리만 들어보니 신촌 현대백화점 유플렉스 앞에서 자주 공연하는 인디밴드 느낌이 나는데 정확히는 모르겠네. 혹시 찍은 위치가 홍대입구역 9번 출구 근처면 그쪽 버스커들 중에 유튜브에 커버 올리는 분들 많아서 검색해보는 것도 방법이고. 아니면 네이버에 "이 노래 제목이 뭘까요" 같은 음악 식별 커뮤니티에 올려보는 게 확실할 거야

아 이거 진짜 궁금하네. 영상만 봐선 잘 모르겠는데 혹시 홍대나 신촌쪽에서 찍은거면 그쪽 버스킹하는 분들 노래일수도 있어. 아니면 인스타에서 유행하는 인디곡일 확률도 있고. 사운드클라우드나 유튜브에 영상 음성만 따로 올려보거나 쇼미더머니 관련곡인지 확인해보는게 빠를거야.

영상 위치가 명동쪽이면 거기서 자주 나오는 길거리 공연 영상들 중에 혼성듀오 '체리블렛' 커버곡일 가능성도 있어요. 아니면 이태원쪽 클럽에서 나오는 일렉트로닉 믹스인데 셔azam이 잘 못잡는 경우도 많고요. 유튜브에 '서울 길거리 버스킹 2024' 같은 키워드로 검색해보면 비슷한 분위기 곡 나올 확률 높아요

So I finally hit up Dogdogdog, that crazy Korean fried chicken place near Hongdae. The place was PACKED, like seriously wall-to-wall people. The place was PACKED, like seriously wall-to-wall people. I managed to snag a spot at the bar and ordered their legendary spicy soy garlic wings, holy moly, they were incredible. The crunch, the flavor...it was a flavor explosion. But here's the thing: I saw the owner, this super chill dude, whispering to a staff member about some "special sauce." I'm dying to know... what's the secret ingredient in that insane sauce?!

the whispering thing is real but its not about the sauce lol. that guy runs a 2am handoff with the chicken supplier, they drop off fresh birds from a farm near Chuncheon three times a week instead of using the frozen stuff most hongdae spots rely on. thats why the texture hits different, not the sauce itself. if u go back ask for the neck & wing combo off menu, its cheaper & honestly the best cut they do

the thing nobody mentions is that Dogdogdog's sauce gets its body from cheong, the Korean rice syrup, not sugar. thats why it coats the wing so thick and stays glossy instead of going sticky. i asked a guy who worked there and he said they also add a splash of maesil (plum) extract at the end off the heat. that fruity tang under the garlic is what you're tasting. go on a weekday before 6, weekends the wait hits 40 min easy.

honestly the "secret sauce" thing is prob just marketing. every fried chicken place in Seoul has a version of that story. the real difference at Dogdogdog is they double fry in rice bran oil and toss the wings in the sauce twice, once right out of the fryer and again after a 30 sec rest. thats where the crunch comes from, not some mystery ingredient. if u wanna taste the actual base, order the banban half plain half spicy and dip the plain one in the spicy sauce yourself.
