good breakdown of the area. one thing the guide doesn't mention is that the wuyuan green tea they suggest on day 3 is actually pretty easy to find cheaper at the tea market on qinghu road in xinzhou district, not the tourist shops on wuyi avenue. you can get a decent bag of loose leaves for around 40 cny instead of the 80+ they charge in the pedestrian street stalls
also for guifeng on day 3, the hike up the loop trail is steep in spots, especially near the turtle head rock, so bring water even if it's cool out. there's a tiny noodle shop at the base of the mountain that does a solid bowl of suiyuan rice noodles for 15 cny, way better than anything you'll find inside the park
if you have time after the shopping, walk over to the old city wall remnants near binjiang road, it's a quiet spot along the xin river with a few benches and a nice view of the hills, good for winding down before your train
solid plan overall. one thing i'd tweak is day 2's wuyuan trip - instead of going back to shangrao after rainbow bridge, stay overnight in wuyuan at a village guesthouse near likeng. some of them are under 150 cny a night and you get to see the villages at sunrise with way fewer tourists. the morning mist over the old rooftops is the real highlight
also for day 1, that last bus from sanqingshan at 5pm is strict but sometimes there's a later minibus that hangs around if the cable car line is long, just check with the driver. and if you're up for it, skip the night market on jiefang road and try the small stalls near the old north gate instead, same food but cheaper and less crowded, the grilled skewers are 1-2 cny each there
nice itinerary, covers the main spots well. one thing i'd swap is day 2's cultural show for a night walk along the xin river instead, especially if the weather's clear. there's a path from binjiang road east toward the old bridge, and the reflections of the city lights on the water are nicer than the theatre sound system imo. plus it's free.
for day 3's guifeng, if you're fit and the cable car line looks long, the hike up from the base takes about 90 minutes and saves you the 50 cny. the trail starts near the noodle shop the other person mentioned, and you pass a small temple halfway up that most people miss. just go early before the sun gets harsh.

one thing the guide doesn't really get into is how good the street food scene is around the railway station at night. there's a whole row of carts that set up around 7pm on the west side of the square, and the grilled skewers (chuan'r) are like 2 yuan each with this smoky spice rub that's perfect after a long train ride. also for sanqingshan, if you're decently fit, skip the cable car down and take the path from the south gate - it's about 45 minutes of steep stairs but you pass these little waterfalls and tea terraces that the gondola just flies over, plus you save the 125 yuan
the guide's spot on about getting alipay set up before u come, i learned that the hard way when i tried to buy tea at a tiny stall in wuyuan and they just stared at my cash lol. for sanqingshan, go on a weekday if u can - i went on a saturday once and the cable car line was over an hour, but on a tuesday i had whole sections of the trail to myself. also if ur into photography, the sunrise from the west coast boardwalk is insane but u gotta catch the first cable car up at 7:30am
