this is a great breakdown, really thoughtful. one thing i'd flag is the timing for the hakka museum - it's closed on mondays, so if your 3 days land on a monday you'll need to swap day 1 and day 3 around. also for day 2, the taxi to yannanfei is fine but the road up to the plantation is pretty winding, if anyone gets carsick sit up front and maybe grab some ginger candy from a 7-eleven before you go. the tea tasting there is free with entry but they push the expensive bags pretty hard, just smile and say you're just looking, no pressure

If you're into architecture, check out the Renhou Alley area behind Taiping Old Street. There are a few restored courtyard houses with original wood carvings and roof tiles that most tourists miss. honestly the guide nailed it but i'd add that the Hakka Museum has a really solid tea house inside on the second floor, not many people know about it. they serve this local single-origin oolong from nearby Dabu for like 15 RMB a pot, perfect break after walking through all the exhibits
if you're up for a longer hike instead of Yinna, try Mount Tongbai out in Pingyuan County. it's about an hour west by bus from the Wuzhou station, entrance is only 30 RMB and way fewer tourists. the trail goes past these old abandoned Hakka villages that feel frozen in time, really special if you're into photography
also don't sleep on the night market near Kengkou Old Street after 8pm, they set up these tiny grills for skewers and fresh sugarcane juice. way cheaper than the stalls on Jianying Avenue and the crowd is mostly locals hanging out
The guide's spot on about Bixiangyuan, but if you want something more low-key for Hakka food, try the little spot at 45 Jiangnan Road called Laowei Niang Doufu. It's just a hole-in-the-wall with four tables, and the old couple running it have been making stuffed tofu the same way for 30 years. A plate with rice will run you about 18 RMB and it's better than any restaurant version I've had.
For getting around, the bus to Dabu from Wuzhou Bus Station runs every 40 minutes but stops running at 5:30 PM. If you miss the last one back, you're stuck either paying 80 RMB for a Didi or finding a guesthouse out there, so plan your return time carefully. I learned that the hard way last fall.
