Estadio Olímpico's Sound?

Question

I'm heading to @Cancun next month and plan on catching a game at the Estadio Olímpico Andrés Quintana Roo. I've heard the atmosphere is electric, but I'm curious, how do they handle the heat during games? Is there some kind of crazy effective cooling system, or are fans just...tough? Seriously considering bringing a small personal fan, lol. Hoping to soak up the local vibe and maybe grab a post-game cerveza somewhere nearby!

Grab a seat high on the sombra side near the roof vents, that airflow is real, and hit Mercado 28 after for cerveza.

The covered side really does make a difference, but afternoons in May are brutal regardless. Games often run evening-ish so check the kickoff time before you panic. For the cerveza, the side streets off Av. Huayacán have cheaper spots than the stadium vendors.

bring the fan, there's no cooling system, just shade & a breeze if ur lucky, the covered sections help a bit

Buy your cerveza at a tienda before you go in, stadium prices are double.
