Moving to Karachi in a few months and I keep reading that places like Jat Tea House are mostly cash only. Can anyone confirm if foreign debit cards actually work at cafes there, or should I just plan on pulling rupees from an ATM first? Also curious whether opening a local bank account as a new arrival is worth the hassle in 2026.
