Nightlife in Dhanbad?

Question

Heading to Dhanbad next month and wondering what the nightlife is like. Any good spots for drinks or live music? I'm there for a week, so looking for options from chill bars to maybe some clubs.

amely · Answer

Nightlife in Dhanbad isn't really a party scene compared to bigger cities, but there are a few decent spots. For a relaxed evening, The Square in Bank More has good food and a solid drinks menu without being too loud. If you want live music, your best bet is to check if Hotel President or The Royal Regency has something on during your week, they sometimes host local bands on weekends. For a proper club vibe, Club Millennium near Saraidhela is the main option, but it gets crowded and the music is mostly Bollywood, so go early or on a Friday.

honestly dhanbad's nightlife is pretty lowkey but the square is a solid choice for a drink, they have a decent whisky selection and the chicken pakoras are good. if u want something more lively try the terrace bar at hotel president on a saturday, it's open air and they sometimes have a DJ spinning remixes. for a real dive bar vibe check out saraidhela's wine shops but those close by 10pm, not exactly a club scene but u can grab a bottle and hang with locals
