Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort: Best Way to Avoid the Timeshare Pitch?

Question

So, I'm heading to Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort next month. Heard from a friend they're *really* aggressive with the timeshare sales pitches. Anyone have any tips on how to politely but firmly decline without wasting an entire afternoon? I'd rather be on the beach. Seriously, a full-on ninja-level strategy would be appreciated. I'm already envisioning myself barricaded in my room with room service...

those guys work the marina walkway by the ferry dock too, not just the lobby. if u get the welcome packet with a "member update" card just leave it in the room, dont ask what it is. easier to dodge before they have ur name

the pitch usually comes at the welcome breakfast or when they hand u a "free" excursion voucher at check in. skip the breakfast, it's 90 min of your life u dont get back. if someone in the lobby asks ur room number just say u already did the tour last year, that shuts it down fast
