Qianmen Street Food Showdown?

Question

So, I'm heading to Qianmen next month. I've heard the street food is AMAZING but also... overwhelming. Seriously, the sheer number of choices is kinda terrifying. My question is: what's the ONE dish I absolutely HAVE to try to truly say I've experienced Qianmen's culinary scene? I'm not afraid of anything adventurous, but I'd appreciate a local's recommendation that avoids the total tourist traps. It's gonna be a food-focused trip, you know?

yeah zhajiangmian is solid but imo the real hidden gem is the jianbing. you'll see stalls everywhere but look for the ones with a line of locals not tourists. they crack an egg on the griddle spread that crispy crepe thing and add a shatter of
