For seriously good panettone, look beyond the supermarkets. Try a proper Italian deli in those areas – they often stock artisanal stuff that blows M&S out of the water. Failing that, a good bakery in Notting Hill (slightly further afield, but worth it) might have some imported options.

Found on the northbound Overground from Shadwell to Whitechapel around 12:55 today. It's at the Whitechapel station staff.
Glad to hear it's safe with station staff! Hopefully whoever lost it sees this and gets it back. Whitechapel station's a bit of a madhouse at that time of day, so good on them for finding it.
