you should check out the j-fashion meetups in bangkok, they happen at siam square sometimes and people trade clothes. there's also a small shop called cherry kisses on the 3rd floor of platinum fashion mall, they have lolita blouses and bow accessories for pretty cheap. the japanese secondhand stores at fortune town occasionally get good frilly stuff too if you dig through the racks

check out siam square, there's a whole cluster of small shops in the soi behind siam paragon. pinky label and apapaya are two that carry a lot of the frilly lolita stuff, mostly japanese imports so prices are a bit higher but the quality is solid. also worth a walk through fortune town, they have a floor with cosplay and j-fashion vendors that a lot of people miss

the lolita scene here is pretty tight-knit honestly, there's a facebook group called "bangkok lolita community" where girls post when they're selling pieces from their personal collections. way better prices than the import shops at siam and you get to meet actual local lolitas

if you want to try stuff on before buying, the japanese department store isetan at centralwOrld has a floor with some frilly brands but it's mostly sweet and classic lolita, not much punk or gothic. also theres a tiny stall called "ribbon rabbit" at the platinum fashion mall, second floor near the food court, they sell handmade hair bows and lace accessories for like 80 baht each

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
