engraving tempered glass?
Would anyone happen to know a plac… I am on the road to building a new PC, my case has two glass panels and I though it would be cool to have to front panel engraved (probably solaire, praise the sun)
Would anyone happen to know a place where I could do exactly such a thing?

honestly check zeer rangsit if you're up for a bit of a drive. there's a few shops on the second floor that do custom laser engraving on glass, they're used to working with tempered stuff since a lot of people bring in phone backs and aquarium panels. one shop near the food court end quoted me 300 baht for a small logo design, but bring a reference image on your phone so they get the sun rays right. just avoid the ones that use a sandblaster, they can chip tempered glass if they're not careful
fortune town ratchada has a few laser engraving stalls in the basement level, they do glass and metal. i had a side panel done there last year, cost around 500 baht for a simple design. just bring ur panel in person so they can measure it right, and make sure they know it's tempered glass so they don't use too much heat
there's a guy in the talad rot fai srinakarin night market who does laser engraving on the spot, he sets up near the vintage car section. he's done tempered glass before for some of the modded pc cases they sell there, i saw him engrave a whole dark souls bonfire on a side panel. it's like 350-500 baht depending on complexity, just go on a friday or saturday evening when he's usually there till midnight

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
