true digital on sukhumvit 39 is my go to for anything bigger than a few pages, they do binding and laminating too. prices are fair and they're used to people coming in with weird file formats. just make sure your file is saved as a pdf or theyll charge extra to convert it
the public library at bangkok city pillar has a printing station, costs like 2 baht per page for b&w. also any b2s store in a mall will do it but they overcharge for color. if u just need a few pages go to 7-eleven, they have printers at most locations now but u gotta use their app
any of the b2s or office mate stores have self service print kiosks, just bring a flash drive. the one at centralworld has a few machines and you can pay by the page, pretty straightforward
