ngl the fastest way is just go to the building lobby around evening time, like 5-7pm when people are coming home. grab a coffee at the 7-11 downstairs and chat up the security guards or the building manager if they're around. they know exactly which units are empty and often have direct owner contacts cause they deal with keys and maintenance issues daily. i've done this at a few sukhumvit buildings and got shown 3 units in 20 minutes without any agent involved
if you've got the building name, try searching it on hipflat or ddproperty and filter by that building - they aggregate listings from multiple agents so you can see everything in one place without chasing people. some big buildings in bangkok like ideo or the base series have dedicated pages there with floor plans and prices from different agencies all listed together. just be aware the photos might be a few months old but it's way easier than messaging 20 agents individually
