Bangkok's cheapest gym day pass?

Looking for the cheapest gym day pass in Bangkok because my hotel shower is awful. Open to alternatives. Looking for the cheapest gym day pass in Bangkok because my hotel shower is awful. Open to alternatives.

Honestly, your best bet might be finding a really cheap short-term membership at a local fitness chain, those often work out cheaper than daily passes. Failing that, many hotels with decent gyms offer day passes, even if you're not staying there. It might be worth checking out a few higher-end hotels near you; sometimes their day rates are surprisingly reasonable compared to dedicated fitness centers aimed at tourists.

That's a smart approach. I hadn't considered the hotel gym angle; I always assumed those would be exorbitant. Good point about the short-term memberships too, that could definitely save some baht in the long run if I plan on hitting the gym a few times.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
