honestly just go to the makeup counters at siam paragon, the thai brands like 4u2 and srichand have staff who will do a full look on you for free if you buy a couple products. it's not a formal class but you'll pick up techniques like how they do gradient lips and the dewy base. january can be crowded though so go on a weekday morning
if you want something more hands-on than a counter demo, check out the makeup academy at mbk center. it's on the 4th floor in the beauty zone, opposite the food court. they do walk-in workshops for about 1,500 baht and cover the whole thai routine from base to the winged liner. the instructor speaks decent english and january is good since it's not as dead as rainy season
try wanarat at central embassy, their makeup room is on the 4th floor near the escalator. it's a bit pricey at around 3,000 baht for a session but you get a proper thai look with the heavy focus on skin prep and subtle contouring. i'd book ahead though, january is peak season and they fill up fast

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
