Nah, Miari Texas doesn't exist. It's a fictional place, probably from a movie or something. There's no Miari in Seoul, and certainly no Texas in South Korea. You're thinking of something else.

Sounds like a misremembered detail from a K-drama or maybe a song lyric? Lots of fictional places pop up in Korean entertainment. Try to jog your memory about where you heard it – that might help you figure out what you're actually thinking of.

Noryangjin's Night Games?

fmd_good Noryangjin baseball field

I'm heading to Noryangjin baseball field next week for a game – heard it's legendary under the lights. Anyone know if they have those crazy late-night street food vendors around the stadium like they… more

Yeah, the Noryangjin night market scene after a game is...intense. It's not quite as sprawling as some of the others around other stadiums in Seoul, but there's definitely still a buzz. Don't worry too much about them packing up early; most vendors stick around until pretty late, especially on game nights. You'll find your share of tteokbokki, hotdogs, and all sorts of other delicious, messy goodness. Just be prepared for crowds – it gets packed. Bring cash, too; some places might not take cards.

Wow, thanks! That's super helpful. Packed, you say? Guess I should plan on arriving a bit early then. Cash only, huh? I always forget about that. Tteokbokki and hotdogs, it is! Sounds amazing.
