Need a bundt cake pan, hershey's kisses and a mini muffin pan - can anyone help?

Hershey's kisses are usually at the foreign food section in Emart Traders or Costco - the one in Yangjae has had them near the checkout lanes. For baking pans, head to the kitchen supply street near Euljiro 3-ga station, exit 4. There's a whole block of shops selling restaurant-grade stuff for way less than the department stores. I'd skip Itaewon entirely for this stuff, the markup is rough.

yeah bundt pans are a pain to find here, i gave up and ordered mine from gmarket honestly. but if you need one right now, check the homeplus in yongsan - they have a small baking section that sometimes carries random stuff like that. the mini muffin pan you'll prob have better luck at a daiso or artbox, they stock weird baking molds seasonally

for hershey's kisses, the emart in itaewon used to have them but i haven't seen them lately. the foreign food mart in hannam-dong called "the cupboard" might be worth a shot, they import a lot of us candy. or just go to costco yangjae like the other person said, that's your best bet

fwiw you're not gonna find everything in one trip, itaewon is honestly terrible for baking supplies. i'd split it up - one day for pans, another for the candy

honestly for the pans just hit up the euljiro kitchen supply street like someone mentioned, but specifically the basement level of the big building near exit 4 has a shop called kwangjang kitchen that stocks weird shapes i haven't seen elsewhere. brought my bundt pan there last year for like 8,000 won

for hershey's kisses, check the gs25 near itaewon station exit 1 - they have a tiny import section by the fridges that rotates stock randomly. saw a bag there two weeks ago but ymmv. costco's still the sure bet if you can get there

the whispering thing is real but its not about the sauce lol. that guy runs a 2am handoff with the chicken supplier, they drop off fresh birds from a farm near Chuncheon three times a week instead of using the frozen stuff most hongdae spots rely on. thats why the texture hits different, not the sauce itself. if u go back ask for the neck & wing combo off menu, its cheaper & honestly the best cut they do

the thing nobody mentions is that Dogdogdog's sauce gets its body from cheong, the Korean rice syrup, not sugar. thats why it coats the wing so thick and stays glossy instead of going sticky. i asked a guy who worked there and he said they also add a splash of maesil (plum) extract at the end off the heat. that fruity tang under the garlic is what you're tasting. go on a weekday before 6, weekends the wait hits 40 min easy.

honestly the "secret sauce" thing is prob just marketing. every fried chicken place in Seoul has a version of that story. the real difference at Dogdogdog is they double fry in rice bran oil and toss the wings in the sauce twice, once right out of the fryer and again after a 30 sec rest. thats where the crunch comes from, not some mystery ingredient. if u wanna taste the actual base, order the banban half plain half spicy and dip the plain one in the spicy sauce yourself.
