dont stress too much about getting back, noryangjin's actually one of the better-connected stations for late night games. line 1 runs til like midnight and line 9 goes even later, past 1am on weekends. just check the naver map app before the 8th inning so you know which direction your last train is heading, saved me a few times when i got stuck waiting for the wrong platform
if you do end up missing the subway, the taxi stand near exit 2 is way less chaotic than the main gate one. i usually walk past the bus stops toward the bridge and there's a smaller stand there that nobody seems to know about, never waited more than 5 mins after a game
tbh the real move is to grab a drink at one of the pojangmacha tents near the stadium exit while the crowd thins out. there's a few right by noryangjin station exit 1 that stay open til like 2am, cheap soju and grilled fish cake. then you can just walk to the taxi stand on the main road toward the bridge, way less traffic than the ones right at the gate. if your hotel's near hongdae or sinchon, the 6411 bus from the same area runs til 1am and drops you right at the station entrance
ngl the taxi line after a game at noryangjin is nuts, esp if the home team wins. if you're staying near yeouido or gangnam it's prob faster to just walk to the bus stop across the bridge, the 6515 runs pretty late and drops you near sindorim station where you can grab a cab easier. worst case you chill at the convenience store by the exit for 20 mins til the crowd thins out

this is a solid list, one thing i'd add is that the t-money card also works for the airport railroad express (arex) and you can get a discount if you buy a "climate card" from the subway machines for like 62,000 won a month, unlimited rides on seoul metro and buses. also, for free stuff, the seoul city wall hiking trail from naksan park gives you amazing views of the city and bukchon without paying a thing, plus it's way less crowded than namsan. gwangjang market is great but go for the sundubu (7000 won) at the stalls in the back, not the front ones near the entrance which are pricier for tourists
