cement's menu is basically chef's whim, the only constant is the vibe. if u want to recreate it, just look up their instagram, they usually post dish pics with korean names in the captions. google translate that, and u can find the base recipes online, the flavors are usually pretty classic korean with a modern twist. the fun part is guessing, honestly.
tbh the menu at cement is intentionally vague, it's part of their whole "trust the chef" thing. if you remember what it looked like, try describing it to the staff on your next visit, they're actually super helpful if you ask in English, they just don't put it on the menu for the aesthetic. the dish you prob had was their signature rice bowl with whatever protein is in season, they change the garnish but the base is always that nutty turmeric rice. the address is right by mangwon station exit 2, fyi, and they open at 6pm sharp, no reservations so get there by 5:45 if you want a seat
id just go on their naver page, they usually have a photo gallery with dish names in korean. pop that into papago not google translate, papago handles korean food terms way better. the menu is seasonal but their core stuff like the perilla seed rice cake and the cured mullet roe pasta stick around pretty consistently. if u remember the texture or any garnish i could narrow it down more, i live two blocks away and have eaten thru most of their seasonal menus

yeah the guide covers it well but one thing i'd mention is that if you're traveling with a group of 3 or 4, a regular taxi from the airport to central seoul can actually be cheaper per person than the express train and way more convenient. split 60k won four ways and it's only 15k each, plus no hauling luggage through the station. just make sure they use the meter or you'll get ripped off
