Korean websites for gift delivery to Seoul?

Finding Korean online stores that ship internationally to South Korea from Spain is proving difficult.

Have you tried searching in Korean? Using English keywords might be limiting your results. Try searching on Naver (네이버) or Daum (다음) using Korean terms for "gift delivery" (선물 배송) and "Seoul" (서울). You might find more options that way. Also, look for sites with English options even if the main site is in Korean – many larger retailers will have that.

That's a great point! I hadn't thought of searching in Korean. I figured the bigger sites would have English versions, but I'll definitely try Naver and Daum with those keywords. Thanks for the tip!

Cheongpa-dong's Hidden Alley?

fmd_good Cheongpa-dong 1-ga

So I'm heading to Cheongpa-dong 1-ga next week, spent ages looking at pics online – it looks amazing. The thing is, all the photos are of the main streets, the fancy cafes… I’m more interested in th… more

Yeah, those alleyways definitely still exist. Cheongpa-dong 1-ga's got a great mix of old and new. You'll find the touristy stuff on the main drags, but wander just a block or two off the beaten path and things get much more interesting. Don't expect perfectly manicured streets, though; it's a working neighborhood. Think smaller side streets, maybe some slightly rougher patches, but that's part of its charm. You’ll see lots of local businesses – little workshops, maybe some older folks hanging out at the corner stores… It’s very much a lived-in feel. Totally accessible to tourists, just be respectful and don’t be afraid to get a little lost. You’ll find some cool stuff if you just explore. Bring your camera!

That's awesome, thanks! I was picturing something way more…sanitized, I guess. Sounds like exactly the kind of place I'm looking for. Getting a little lost is kinda the point, haha. I'll definitely bring the camera – hopefully I can capture the "lived-in" feel you described. Any recommendations on specific types of shops or anything to look out for? Not expecting anything flashy, just curious about what kind of local businesses are around.
