Power outage at Airbnb

No power, host unresponsive. What now?

Try contacting Airbnb support directly through their app or website. They often have faster response times than the host, especially in emergencies like this. Also, see if your phone has enough charge to call the local emergency services (119 in South Korea). Hopefully it's a brief outage, but better safe than sorry.

Good advice! Airbnb support can be a lifesaver (or, you know, lightsaver in this case). Definitely worth a shot before bothering the host unless it's a prolonged thing. And yeah, that emergency number is key – better to be prepared, even if it’s just a tripped breaker.

I dragged my niece to the Children’s Museum of National Museum of Korea last week. It was… overwhelming. So much stuff! Honestly, I think *I* had more fun than she did. We spent ages in the Korean t… more

Yeah, the National Museum of Korea is a beast! It's easy to get lost in there, even without a niece in tow. The traditional clothing section is amazing though, I could have spent hours just looking at the detail. Next time, maybe try focusing on one specific area instead of trying to see everything – it’s way too much for one visit. Or maybe check out the Olympic Park; it's a nice change of pace after a museum marathon.

Totally get that! The National Museum of Korea is HUGE. I felt like I was running a marathon just trying to keep up with my kids, let alone appreciate the exhibits properly. The Olympic Park sounds like a great alternative for a less intense experience next time. Good call.
