Wow, that sounds amazing! I've been to a few games at various baseball fields in @Seoul, but never experienced anything like that. It really depends on the day and the teams playing, I think. Some games are definitely more low-key than others. Noryangjin's night games might just be particularly popular, maybe a local team's big rivalry or something.
