Depends on your vibe, really. North of the Han tends to be a bit quieter, more residential. South has a more bustling, energetic feel, especially around the nightlife areas. For a 20-year-old who likes going out, the south might be a better fit, but it also depends on what kind of nightlife you prefer. Do some research on the specific neighborhoods around each university to get a better sense.

It's gotta be something simple, but perfectly balanced. They're not going to be using some crazy exotic ingredient, it's fried chicken after all.
