There's a building called Jinju Sangga near exit 4 where some stalls sell simple silver chains for 40-80k won, mostly to young women who resell them online but they'll sell singles too. The vendors are used to people browsing without buying, so you can take your time looking through their trays without feeling obligated.
honestly i'd check out the little shops in the alleys behind Jongno 3-ga station, exit 9 area. theres a small place called Goldmiri that does custom work and they had chains starting around 70k last time i was there. not the flashiest spot but the owner is super patient and speaks some english if you need it

yeah the guide covers it well but one thing i'd mention is that if you're traveling with a group of 3 or 4, a regular taxi from the airport to central seoul can actually be cheaper per person than the express train and way more convenient. split 60k won four ways and it's only 15k each, plus no hauling luggage through the station. just make sure they use the meter or you'll get ripped off
