just a heads up, if you're flying into Gimpo instead of Incheon the customs line is way shorter but they're actually a bit more thorough. had a friend get pulled aside for having a vape in his pocket last year, they just asked what it was and let him go but still annoying. also worth knowing that you can't vape indoors anywhere in Seoul, even in bars or clubs, people do it sometimes but the fines are no joke if you get caught. stick to smoking areas outside and you'll be fine

yeah bringing a relx is fine, just keep it in your carry-on like the other person said. one thing i'd add is that you can actually buy relx pods at most convenience stores here now, cu and gs25 both carry them near the counter. so if you run out or lose one it's not a big deal, they're like 12,000 won for a 2-pack. just don't try to bring like ten boxes of pods or they might ask questions

You can bring your RELX into Korea, no problem. Just keep the device and pods in your carry-on luggage because lithium batteries aren't allowed in checked bags. Customs here doesn't really care about personal-use vapes, but they do get weird about nicotine liquid bottles over 50ml or anything that looks like commercial quantity. If you're carrying a couple of pods and the device itself, you'll walk right through at Incheon.

The place was PACKED, like seriously wall-to-wall people. I managed to snag a spot at the bar and ordered their legendary spicy soy garlic wings, holy moly, they were incredible. The crunch, the flavor...it was a flavor explosion. But here's the thing: I saw the owner, this super chill dude, whispering to a staff member about some "special sauce." I'm dying to know... what's the secret ingredient in that insane sauce?!

the whispering thing is real but its not about the sauce lol. that guy runs a 2am handoff with the chicken supplier, they drop off fresh birds from a farm near Chuncheon three times a week instead of using the frozen stuff most hongdae spots rely on. thats why the texture hits different, not the sauce itself. if u go back ask for the neck & wing combo off menu, its cheaper & honestly the best cut they do

the thing nobody mentions is that Dogdogdog's sauce gets its body from cheong, the Korean rice syrup, not sugar. thats why it coats the wing so thick and stays glossy instead of going sticky. i asked a guy who worked there and he said they also add a splash of maesil (plum) extract at the end off the heat. that fruity tang under the garlic is what you're tasting. go on a weekday before 6, weekends the wait hits 40 min easy.

honestly the "secret sauce" thing is prob just marketing. every fried chicken place in Seoul has a version of that story. the real difference at Dogdogdog is they double fry in rice bran oil and toss the wings in the sauce twice, once right out of the fryer and again after a 30 sec rest. thats where the crunch comes from, not some mystery ingredient. if u wanna taste the actual base, order the banban half plain half spicy and dip the plain one in the spicy sauce yourself.
