yeah there's a spot in Hongdae called Cube Korea, think it's near the main street. they've got a decent selection of speed cubes and stuff, not just the basic ones
honestly Cube Korea in Hongdae is the one most ppl hit up but if you're deeper into collecting than just solving, check out the little kiosk in Namdaemun market. it's tucked near the toy alley section, old dude runs it and has some weird vintage korean knockoff cubes from the 80s. prices are cheaper than the hongdae spots too, like 5,000 won for a basic one
honestly if you're near kondae (Konkuk University) there's a tiny shop called Puzzle & Cube hidden in the side alleys behind the main street. not as big as Cube Korea but the owner actually repairs cubes and teaches you finger tricks if you ask. prices are a bit cheaper too, like 8,000 won for a decent speed cube vs 12,000 at the bigger places

yeah the guide covers it well but one thing i'd mention is that if you're traveling with a group of 3 or 4, a regular taxi from the airport to central seoul can actually be cheaper per person than the express train and way more convenient. split 60k won four ways and it's only 15k each, plus no hauling luggage through the station. just make sure they use the meter or you'll get ripped off
