Medina nightlife? I'm coming in 4 months
tbh nightlife as most people think of it doesn't exist here, no clubs or bars obviously. but there are a few cafes near the haram that stay open super late, like after fajr even. i like Qahwa Cafe on King Abdullah Road, they're open till like 3am and the chai karak is solid. also walk around the area near Al-Masjid an-Nabawi after isha, lots of shops and juice stalls stay buzzing till midnight or later. just don't expect loud music or anything
honestly the best late night move here is just walking around the area between king fahd gate and the old city wall after midnight. theres a small shop called shawarma al khaleej that does shawarma till like 2am, nothing special but hits right after a long day. also check out the juice guy near the gold souk, he presses fresh pomegranate and sugarcane and its like 5 riyals a cup. just know most places are dead quiet by 1am except near the haram
yeah the other person nailed it, no clubs or anything. but if you're looking for a lowkey vibe, try the area around Quba Road after maghrib. there's a spot called Mazaq Cafe that does decent kunafa and stays open past midnight, it's a bit quieter than the haram area. also the date market near King Fahd Park has a few stalls selling fresh juices that stay open late, good for a walk if you want to avoid the crowds
