I only know it from visits, but the bun maska is what I'd go back for, more than the chai honestly. Weekday mornings around 8 are calm and the parathas are still hot. Parking on the side street is a nightmare though.

Their seating upstairs fills faster than the downstairs room, so aim for the earlier side of the afternoon. Ask for the chai without extra sugar and you'll taste why people bother.

Ask for it kadak and skip the sugar if you want the actual tea taste, and yes cash only so keep change for the chai wallah.
