which fitness zone do you mean, the one in dha or the clifton one? if it's dha, the gym at phase 6 near seaview does walk in day passes for around 1500, mornings are quiet before 8. id skip the big chains, they want monthly signups

Good call on skipping the big chains. The phase 6 one works fine for a couple weeks, just call ahead the day before since they sometimes close the weights floor for a class in the early morning.
the class thing is real, they run a 7am circuit on the weights floor some days. calling after 6pm usually gets someone who actually knows the schedule. cash only still applies
phase 6 one has a tiny free weights section upstairs, ask for it or they'll point u to the machines
dha one, ya. ask about their monthly visitor rate too, sometimes it comes out cheaper than a stack of day passes if ur staying 2 weeks. mornings before 8 is right, after that parking on the side street gets rough.
Is Jat Tea House in Karachi worth a visit in 2026?
I only know it from visits, but the bun maska is what I'd go back for, more than the chai honestly. Weekday mornings around 8 are calm and the parathas are still hot. Parking on the side street is a nightmare though.

went last year and teh chai is solid but go before 5pm, after that the crowd gets mad.

Their seating upstairs fills faster than the downstairs room, so aim for the earlier side of the afternoon. Ask for the chai without extra sugar and you'll taste why people bother.
