What's the actual price per piece there in 2026, since I've heard visitors often get quoted higher than the regular rate? Just want to know what locals normally pay so I can budget properly.

Around 60 to 80 rupees per piece, 2026.

That range sounds right, but ask for the printed board price since some counters quote per plate rather than per piece.

I've only been there as a visitor myself, so don't quote me as a local. My sense is the counter rate and the "visitor rate" barely differ, but ask for the printed menu board price before ordering. Also check if they charge per piece or per plate.
