Estadio Quintana Roo's Sound?

I've heard the atmosphere is electric, but I'm curious, how loud does it actually get?! Like, are we talking deafening roars that vibrate your chest loud, or more of a polite clap kind of vibe? My friend says it's crazy intense, but he's prone to exaggeration... I need some real talk from someone who's been there. Hoping for a serious answer, not just another "it's awesome!!" comment.

been going since the old Atlante days & the loudest part isnt even the goals, its the goal kick whistle right after a near miss. whole place inhales at once then explodes. if u really wanna feel it sit in the preferente baja around row 10 to 15, not the porra, thats where the roof bounces everything back down on u. tuesday liga games vs a Puebla or Queretaro are pretty tame tbh, save the hype for a Clasico or a liguilla night.

the loudest i've heard it was a concachampions night vs an mls side, whole place went silent for a penalty & u could hear a pin drop, then the goal happened & my ears actually rang the next morning. one thing nobody mentions is the roof over the preferente section, it traps the sound & throws it straight down at u, way worse than being out in the open on the general side. if ur friend says crazy intense he's not lying but it really only hits that level for the big nights, a random tuesday liga game is way more chill

It really depends on which match you catch. For a regular Liga MX fixture against a mid-table side, it's loud but manageable, maybe 90 decibels around the stands, you can still talk to the person next to you. Come for a Clásico or a Concachampions night against a big club and it's a different animal. The south end where the porra gathers, behind the goal on Av. Andrés Quintana Roo side, gets genuinely chest-rattling when they get the drums and trumpets going, and the concrete bowl holds the noise in a way that open stadiums don't.

One tip: the covered sections on the west side amplify the away supporters' chants right back at you, so if you want the full wall of sound experience, sit lower and toward the middle rather than up in the upper tiers. Also, games often start around 7 or 9 pm, and the heat and humidity make people louder and crankier than you'd expect, in a good way. Your friend isn't exaggerating much.

Forget about it. He keeps mentioning this one teacher, Señora Rodriguez, who's legendary for her pop quizzes. Seriously, he's convinced she can predict the future. So my question is: what's the craziest rumour you've heard about Señora Rodriguez and her pop quizzes at Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera? Is she actually psychic...?

my tia subbed there for a semester & said the notebook thing is real but its not about predicting anything. she just recycles the same 5 questions every cycle so by week 3 everyone whos been paying attention already knows whats coming. the actual chaos is the morning shift, kids hopping the fence by the cancha to grab tortas before the 7am bell.

honestly the psychic thing is mostly just kids being dramatic. my neighbor's kid went there and swore she keeps a little notebook with every class's weak spots, like she knows exactly who didnt read the chapter. tbh thats less ESP and more her just paying attention for 20 years. also the lunch chaos is real, that whole stretch near Av. Chac Mool gets nuts around 2pm when everyone spills out.

I don't know about psychic but a friend swears she once gave a quiz on a chapter nobody had been assigned yet.
