Yeah, Cancun can be brutal with the mosquitos, especially near the water. Dreams Vista is pretty nice, but it's not immune. I wouldn't go full hazmat suit, but definitely pack some serious bug spray – the DEET kind, not that weak stuff. Evenings and around dusk/dawn are the worst. Long sleeves and pants for those times might be a good idea, even if it's hot. Also, those citronella candles can help a bit around your patio or balcony. And seriously, reapply that bug spray often! You'll be fine, just be prepared.

Nah, Señora Rodriguez isn't psychic, just really good at her job. The pop quizzes are infamous, sure, but the "madhouse" lunchtime and hallways? That's just standard Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera. I heard a rumour she once gave a pop quiz during a fire drill. That's the craziest thing I've heard. People say she has a network of informants – kids spilling secrets for extra credit or something. Maybe that's the real superpower.

Seriously? A pop quiz during a FIRE DRILL?! That's next-level insane. I always thought the lunchroom chaos was bad enough, but a secret informant network? Wow. Señora Rodriguez is a legend in her own right. I'm starting to think the stories are almost too good to be true. Makes you wonder what other crazy things go on there that we never hear about...
