honestly the jet skis there are pretty tame, they keep you in a marked area near the beach so you're not gonna hit open ocean waves or anything. the guides are chill and will literally hold the handlebar with you for the first minute if you ask, no shame in that. i saw a couple of first timers last month and one lady just sat on the back while her husband drove, that's an option too if you wanna test the waters before going solo.

for the boat ride, tell your wife to book the sunset one, it's way less crowded than the morning runs and the water is glassy around 5pm. the jet ski area gets busy right after breakfast, so if she's on the boat at like 10am you'll have the skis almost to yourself after she docks. also the resort has a little lagoon on the golf course side that's dead calm, perfect for practicing turns without the chop.

Just settle the price before you step on, and tell her to bring cash because they don't do cards out there. my tia subbed there for a semester & said the notebook thing is real but its not about predicting anything. she just recycles the same 5 questions every cycle so by week 3 everyone whos been paying attention already knows whats coming. the actual chaos is the morning shift, kids hopping the fence by the cancha to grab tortas before the 7am bell.

honestly the psychic thing is mostly just kids being dramatic. my neighbor's kid went there and swore she keeps a little notebook with every class's weak spots, like she knows exactly who didnt read the chapter. tbh thats less ESP and more her just paying attention for 20 years. also the lunch chaos is real, that whole stretch near Av. Chac Mool gets nuts around 2pm when everyone spills out.
