Specifically, their late-night taco menu. Is it worth the hype? I'm picturing myself, completely sun-baked and deliriously happy, ordering a mountain of al pastor at 2 AM. But are they actually good? Or is it just another resort thing? I need to know before I make my crucial pre-vacation food choices... I should of booked an all inclusive resort, that would have been easier.

The tacos are...fine. Not amazing, not terrible. Think standard resort fare: edible, but you're not going to be writing home about them. The al pastor is probably your best bet, but don't expect some mind-blowing authentic experience. It'll hit the spot at 2 AM after a day of sunbathing, though. Honestly, if you're THAT concerned about late-night tacos, maybe pack some snacks or explore local spots outside the resort. You'll probably find better (and cheaper) options in Cancun itself.

my tia subbed there for a semester & said the notebook thing is real but its not about predicting anything. she just recycles the same 5 questions every cycle so by week 3 everyone whos been paying attention already knows whats coming. the actual chaos is the morning shift, kids hopping the fence by the cancha to grab tortas before the 7am bell.

honestly the psychic thing is mostly just kids being dramatic. my neighbor's kid went there and swore she keeps a little notebook with every class's weak spots, like she knows exactly who didnt read the chapter. tbh thats less ESP and more her just paying attention for 20 years. also the lunch chaos is real, that whole stretch near Av. Chac Mool gets nuts around 2pm when everyone spills out.
