I've read some... interesting things online. Apparently, it's known for its incredible views, but also for some... unexplained happenings. Locals whisper about strange lights and sounds at night. I'm a bit of a skeptic, but also a huge sucker for a good mystery. My question is: Has anyone actually experienced anything unusual while staying at Arsgan House? I'm packing a flashlight and a healthy dose of skepticism, but still a little nervous

tbh the weirdest thing about Arsgan House isnt the lights or sounds, its how quiet it gets around 3am. like dead silent, no bugs no wind nothing. i stayed there two years ago and the only "unexplained" thing was my phone dying way faster than normal, but that couldve been the old wiring. if you want a real story, walk down to Playa Delfines around sunset, theres a guy named Carlos who sells coconut water from a cooler and he swears the house was built on an old cenote entrance. he might tell you about it if you buy a coconut, just dont ask him about the lights, he gets weird about it.

i live in cancun and my buddy actually stayed there last year. he said the views are unreal but the creaking at night is just the old wood settling, nothing supernatural. if you want a real scare, skip the chalet and go to the abandoned hotel zone near punta cancun after dark. the guards don't care and the vibe is way creepier than any house. grab a marquesita from the cart on kukulcan before you head out, the nutella one hits different at midnight

honestly i've never stayed there myself but i know a guy who works maintenance at one of the nearby resorts and he says the stories are mostly tourists getting spooked by the wind. that area gets some weird drafts coming off the lagoon at night, sounds kinda like muffled voices if you're half asleep. still, if you're into it, there's a little taco spot called El Fogon on Avenida Bonampak that's open late and the locals there love telling ghost stories over beers. might be worth grabbing a bite after dark and asking around

my tia subbed there for a semester & said the notebook thing is real but its not about predicting anything. she just recycles the same 5 questions every cycle so by week 3 everyone whos been paying attention already knows whats coming. the actual chaos is the morning shift, kids hopping the fence by the cancha to grab tortas before the 7am bell.

honestly the psychic thing is mostly just kids being dramatic. my neighbor's kid went there and swore she keeps a little notebook with every class's weak spots, like she knows exactly who didnt read the chapter. tbh thats less ESP and more her just paying attention for 20 years. also the lunch chaos is real, that whole stretch near Av. Chac Mool gets nuts around 2pm when everyone spills out.
